Home / Interior painting
Inside the house, start to finish.
Walls, ceilings, doors, and trim. We move what we can and cover the rest.
Everything inside a room.
- Walls and ceilings
- Doors, door frames, and window trim
- Baseboard, crown, and chair rail
- Closets and stairways
- Filling nail holes and small cracks
- Caulking gaps where trim meets the wall
- Priming stains and patches so they don't show through

The order matters.
Most of a good paint job is the prep. That's what makes the lines straight and the walls smooth.
Cover and clear
We move furniture to the middle of the room and cover it. Floors get drop cloths. Outlet covers come off.
Patch and sand
We fill holes and cracks, then sand them smooth. This is what makes the wall look good.
Prime what needs it
Stains, patches, and big color changes get primer first. We only prime where it's needed.
Two coats
We brush the edges and corners by hand, then roll the rest.
Rooms we have finished.
Before
AfterAbout this kind of job.
Can we stay home while you paint?
Yes, most people do. We work in one area at a time, so you can use the rest of the house. We open windows and run a fan when we can.
Do you paint ceilings?
Yes. It's best to paint the ceiling at the same time as the walls.
What about small repairs?
We fill nail holes, dents, and small cracks as part of the job. If we find bigger damage, we'll show you and give you a separate price.
How many coats do we get?
Two coats, with primer where it's needed. A big color change may need a third. If so, we'll tell you before we start.
